The cinematic marvel *Baahubali* by director S.S. Rajamouli might be etched in the minds of viewers across the world forever. It constitutes two films: *Baahubali: The Beginning* in 2015 and the second part as *Baahubali: The Conclusion* in 2017. This epic saga tells of two cousins of a rather different opinion—Amarendra Baahubali and Bhallaladeva—for the throne of the kingdom of Mahishmati. The films deal with loyalty, love, sacrifice, and betrayal, and yet infuse all of these with action, intricate characters, and a storyline that hooks you in.

The *Baahubali* franchise revolutionized Indian cinema-and not just in visual effects and storytelling. With a budget that crossed ₹430 crore to total across the two films, this was truly a vision on screen by Rajamouli. The movie were using a very advanced CGI and VFX to create and deliver such stunning settings and great battle scenes, which won accolades for their visual grandeur. Especially the war sequences, when real for the first film climax and of course, the waterfall scene in the climax, did capture the imagination of audiences in a way that Indian filmmakers are gradually acquiring technical competence.
The cast in Baahubali, led by Prabhas as Baahubali, Rana Daggubati as Bhallaladeva, Anushka Shetty as Devasena, and Ramya Krishnan as the fearless Queen Sivagami, really deserved appreciation for their excellent performances.

Ramya Krishnan played the character of Sivagami so well that it reflected strength.

But the success of films must also be credited to the music of M. M. Keeravani, which came alive through the ears. Songs like “Kaun Tujhe” and “Dheera Dheera” completed the feel of the story. The question also came up like a storm within minds: “Why does Kattappa kill Baahubali?” And with that question, people were left waiting for the sequel and this is one of the most magical cliffhangers in Indian cinema history.
